Subscribing

In order to subscribe to receive Woodrim Crossings meeting reminders and important event notices, enter your e-mail address in the field provided and ensure the "Subscribe" option is selected. After your e-mail address is entered, press the "Submit" button.

After you subscribe, you will receive an e-mail from "editor@woodrimcrossings.org" indicating you have been added to the mailing list. If for some reason you didn't subscribe, directions are provided in the e-mail to unsubscribe.

Please Note: After submitting your e-mail address, it is possible your e-mail spam filter could route this e-mail to your junk folder. Please make sure you check both your inbox, as well as, your junk mail folder to verify you have been added to the list. You may want to add the above sender to your safe list. Unsubscribing

In order to unsubscribe from the Woodrim Crossings meeting reminders and important event notices list, enter your e-mail address in the field provided and ensure the "Unsubscribe" option is selected. After your e-mail address is entered, press the "Submit" button.

When you unsubscribe, you will receive an e-mail from "editor@woodrimcrossings.org" indicating you have been removed from the mailing list. If for some reason you didn't unsubscribe, directions are provided in the e-mail to allow you to re-subscribe.

How the mailing list works.

Usually within one week of the next Woodrim Crossings neighborhood association meeting, all members that have subscribed to the mailing list will receive an e-mail with the reminder. If for any reason you wish to unsubscribe to the mailing list, a link is provided in these e-mails that will allow you to do so. In some cases, separate e-mails may be sent out to broadcast important events.

Privacy

Your e-mail address will NEVER be sold or given to anyone! Your e-mail address will only be used for this mailing list to receive reminders about upcoming meetings and occasional notices of important events.
